“Excellent service overall. Ordered Chester Grey dining table & chairs and in less than a week the furniture was delivered to a cross country location! All items very well packed and quality extremely good for price paid. Delighted with purchase which looks great with previously bought sideboard & bookcase in same range. Highly recommend Chiltern Oak Furniture!!”

“Very disappointed. Ordered a coffee table. Got confirmation of order, then next day emailed to say they do NOT deliver to the Isle of Wight. Most other companies deliver here. We are part of England. I was trying to give a British company business, but obviously they don't need. Shall not recommend.”

Hi Jenny. Whilst I can understand your frustrations, we try to avoid this disappointment by mentioning this in our Delivery Information section, with the Isle of Wight specifically mentioned as an undeliverable area. The problem is not necessarily getting the item to you, which can be done at some expense to us, it's the logistical issues and expense that may occur should the item arrive damaged that's the main issue, and the reason we unfortunately had to stop making deliveries to these locations a few years ago. With the additional transportation and handling required to reach you, this increases the likelihood of damage. Kind regards, Chiltern Oak Furniture.

“Quick turnaround which is unusual these days. Perfect service and smooth transaction. The sideboard is exactly what I'd been looking for and exceeded my expectations. Very good quality piece of furniture. I would recommend and will be ordering more. Delivery driver was lovely. So all in all I am a satisfied customer.”

“Delighted with the Hampshire white painted small wine rack. Finish is very good. The whole process was so simple. Kept up to date with delivery date and time. The delivery men were very helpful and courteous. The furniture was extremely well protected with the packing.”

“We just took delivery of the Hampshire Oak Ivory painted wine cabinet. Must admit I was a little disappointed that it was not made in the UK. But on saying that the build quality is just fantastic. Great looking product. Solid and eye catching. It was very well packed and fully protected. Brilliant delivery. Cannot fault anything from start to finish with this.”
