“Great shopping experience from start to finish. Huge selection of furniture on easy to use website. Ordered a small white table, with a drawer for my hall. Delivery was speedy. Table was incredibly well packaged. Table is lovely and looks great in my hall with a small lamp on it. The little drawer is also handy for bits and pieces like candles, pens, whatever. When I next need furniture I will certainly go to Chiltern website first. Thank you.”

“The product was very well protectively packed for transport and the product itself of good quality appearance. The Chiltern Oak website was easy to navigate and user friendly (generally better than its competitors), though I did experience a problem at the payment stage when the order appeared not to go through. However, this was sorted out very quickly and efficiently with a phone call to the Customer Service team.”

“We are very pleased with our units from Chiltrern Oak. They look great in out new home. We had had our ol mahogany units which were expensive for a long time and didnt think we could better them but when we saw the quality of the Chiltrern Oak units it was an easy choice.”

“Brilliant furniture. Not much notice of delivery date so difficult to arrange someone to be home- said the drivers would ring me half an hour before they arrived so that I could leave work to get home to receive Delivery. This didn’t happen - they only called once they were at my front door so obviously I wasn’t home.”
