“I rarely write reviews but felt that after the excellent service I received on buying two TV tables I should!! Excellent value and all goods were delivered on time and in pristine condition. It is a pity that some other online furniture retailers and put their customers first. Many thanks. C J Walker”

“So pleased with the service given by this company although they were out of stock when I ordered my sideboard they kept me informed when it arrived with them and when delivery would be. My small sideboard is just what I wanted looks really good and has been admired by our friends, delivery was spot on, thank you”

“Happy with sideboard but not the delivery side of things. I had to call them myself to see when it would arrive to be told I was booked in from 6am on that friday. I said i had not agreed to this but they were adamant i could not alter this time. Eventually they agreed to deliver after 7am. I had to tighten up dor handle screw myself on the sideboard which was a little disappointing.”

“Beautifully made furniture at a very reasonable price. Very well packaged to avoid any transit damage. Our only complaint was with the DPD Local carrier who was completely incompetent at arranging the delivery and left our goods at a house 4 doors down without advising us. Our only query with the Chester Grey furniture is that the colour is more like a "Putty" colour than the "Pale Grey" shown on the web page. It is not a deal breaker for us, but do be careful if it is a very pale grey you want.”

“I have just received 2 Malvern shaker ivory painted bookcases. Super quality, no chips or marks and a lovely quality and colour oak. Lighter than expected so fairly easy to move myself. The customer service was just what I needed, I was kept up to date by email and phone throughout and they were delivered early on the day. I will buy the table next!”

“I found your company very efficient, from ordering to delivery. I am delighted with my furniture. The only thing that I could find fault with was the delivery men left foot marks on my stairs, which came off with carpet cleaner. Apart from that very pleased and would recommend you to family and friends.”

“Really happy with the table and chairs we bought- great quality and minimal assembly required. Only downside was the lack of flexibility in delivery (hence four instead of five stars) - we were given a day and slot and unable to change the time, instead having to get it delivered a week later instead. It was ok in the end but tricky when trying to fit it around work.”
