“Love the products however they took the money for the 2 units I ordered and only dispatched 1! They handled it well and got it resolved but it did take some of my time to sort and no one called me back when they said they would.”

“Ordered the small oak larder cupboard - for a small cupboard it has loads of room inside! It's also solid and well built. Customer service was good - had emails confirming the order and further ones to arrange delivery.”

“Very pleased with the Stirling TV unit. Staff were all very nice to deal with and knowledgeable about products. Delivery arrived on time and drivers were polite and helpful. I chose this product as it met my specific measurement criteria and the fact that it could be returned free of charge had it not been suitable. I would buy from here again.”

“We recently purchased a Portland Oak Corner TV unit and are absolutely delighted. We did have some initial concerns as to whether it would match our existing furniture but the match could not have been better. The quality and finish is excellent and the unit was very competitively priced. Chiltern gave us a timed delivery and the delivery guys were very helpful and most courteous. We intend to order a further piece in the not too distant future. Highly recommended.”

“Fabulous from buying to delivery. Buying online was easy, chose my lovely oak 2 door cupboard. Communication from Chiltern oak furniture was great regarding delivery. Was delivered on time by great delivery guys. The packaging was perfect, product well protected. Once unwrapped my beautiful cabinet was unveiled. Just couldn't have gone any better. Thank you”
