“Really pleased with the furniture and delivery, however our over excitable puppy managed to scratch it within three days. Contacted Chiltern who sourced sample paint from their supplier and sent it through free of charge. Prompt and courteous throughout, great customer service.”

“It was great to be able to call them and speak to someone easily. Delivery was delayed a day but that wasn’t a problem for us and they kept us informed. Happy to recommend and would use again.”

“Ordered coffee table. Arrived damaged, replacement not available. No argument about refund. Found another table which arrived quickly and damaged one taken away at same time. Satisfied with new table but it is not as nice as original choice.”

“So very pleased with the furniture glad we went with chiltern oak furniture was a little worried ordering on line but the furniture is perfect , we had the white glove service which was brilliant no rubbish for us to get rid of and the delivery men were very friendly and good at the it job would highly recommend.”

“I was amazed by my recent service from Chiltern Oak furniture. I ordered 2 narrow bedside tables which were well priced. There was no 10 week wait as offered by other companies, they literally arrived the next day. Unfortunately once we unpacked them we realised the drawers were a little too small for our purpose. I was initially quite stressed as returning furniture normally costs a lot of money to return, however checking the website again I noticed free returns! I rung the company and there was no automated system to negotiate but a nice friendly lady who advised me of the procedure straight away. I chose another pair of bedside tables and she arranged the pick up and drop off for us within 2 days of ny phone call. The new bedside tables are perfect. I would fully recommend this company, you can buy their good quality products with confidence and no hidden costs. Excellent service.”

“Cant complain about the furniture as it is very good quality, no damage, marks etc, also was kept well informed if delivery updates. Only things were I had no phone call just before hand like I was told, luckily my decorator answered the door and also i had 5 large boxes which got taken to my front door and i had to slide them to my kitchen myself...but after checking on the delivery page as I spent over £1000 I should of had the white glove service where they take to the room, set it up and take packaging, this wasnt even mentioned. Thats the only thing letting it down.”

“We ordered these units to fit in between sofa and chairs. Perfect. Ideal size and having the drawers makes it easier to store the odds and bods that accumulate. It was easy to order and the delivery was quick and easy to track. Would recommend and will use again.”
