“We ordered 2 oak TV units from Chiltern Oak, which were delivered exactly on time. Unfortunately these were not suitable and didn't match the photos on the website, but we had no hassle whatsoever in returning them for a refund. The delivery drivers on both occasions were friendly, helpful and polite, as were the office staff. The quality of the units was excellent, it was such a shame they didn't fit our room. Look forward to choosing something else shortly and would have no hesitation in ordering from Chiltern again, or recommending this company. Excellent service - thank you.”

“My mother is thrilled with her new unit. It is very good quality and reasonably priced. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful. I have only given four stars because my mother asked for delivery after 7am but the guys turned up at 6am and got her up. She's 91 and the sudden getting up made her feel unwell for the rest of the day!”

“I love this sideboard! Very sturdy and strong and a good price too. One of the doors sticks a bit but it doesn't affect its use and adds to it's quirkyness! Fast delivery, nicely arranged via telephone and delivered by really nice people. Pleased with the service I received thank you.”
