"Purchased the Falmouth oak 2.0m table which was delivered on 8\/1\/24, on 15\/5\/24 we noticed the top paint peeling to reveal cheap wood underneath. This is not an oak table. Despite reaching out through Facebook, email, phone and the enquiry from I have been unable to get a reply. Emails bounce back, the calls are ok hold for around 20 minutes then cut off and other methods of contact have been ignored. I paid a considerable amount of money for this table that isn\u2019t even fit for\r\nPurpose! I will be reporting this to trading standards and all other relevant parties as this is ill described on your website, deceptive and not fit for use under the sales of goods and services act. I would like to resolve this matter if someone would kindly get in touch. As mentioned I have reached out and sent photos on all above methods so I\u2019m sure you can find one method to contact me. For anyone thinking of purchasing this\u2026. Don\u2019t!"
