“5 stars for the unit itself. It's very nice and arrived well-packaged with no defects. However, the delivery driver arrived 45 minutes earlier than the allocated slot and phoned me at work to say that he couldn't find my house. He then proceeded to tell me that my street had more than four houses despite me having lived here for 6 years! He then delivered the unit single-handedly putting it on its side ignoring the arrows on the box. However, he did apologise for his misunderstanding of my directions.”

“I bought a whole bedroom furniture suite and qualified for white glove delivery. The item's are of excellent quality and the delivery was perfect. I was notified when the delivery would take place and it was spot on. Very happy.”

“I ordered the Colchester Chunky Oak Corner unit and the small wine rack in the same range. The delivery was prearranged with plenty of notice. Both items were well packaged. I was left to unpack them on my own but the delivery man did give me a hint to make the job easier. The furniture is well made and the corner unit provides useful storage space and its top is large enough to take a lamp and display a couple of other items. Overall I would recommend Chiltern Oak.”

“Was so happy withy bedroom furniture I ordered some more. The order to delivery was less than a week on the second order and just a week on the first. The delivery men Joe and Sam were so polite and helpful arrived exactly the time given both times.”

“We have just received our Sherwood Chest Of Drawers it is of very good quality & the price was very competitive. The staff communication was very good & obliging when we altered our delivery instructions, the delivery driver phoned us 20 minutes prior to the delivery, the item was packed very well with no defects.”

“Great service and excellent delivery team. We were hard to find, due it being a new housing estate. They phoned several times to confirm delivery details. Furniture arrived on time and in perfect condition. The delivery team even took shoes off before coming in the house. They didn't need to either. Brilliant all round service.”
