Hello there. Thanks for the positive review although I'm sorry to hear that you weren't entirely satisfied with the product you have received. We do offer a free returns service for any reason within 14 days although that would now be void given customisations have been made. “The console table is excellent quality in a light oak finish. Easy to assemble on my own. Arrived on the day I wanted and excellent value for money. I don't know how you do it for the price!”

Hello there. I'm sorry to see that you've left us the lowest possible feedback. It's never our intention to send damaged goods to a customer - occasionally issues can occur in transit and we'll always do our best to rectify them as quickly as possible. If the item is subsequently out-of-stock when a re-order is raised unfortunately there's not a great deal we can do other than to offer you a full refund or deliver the item as quickly as possible thereafter. “Bought extra large sideboard. Communication ahead of delivery was excellent. Unfortunately there was some damage, despite goods being well packaged. Chiltern Oak were quick to offer replacement, but I decided instead to ask for a discount as damage was repairable and I wanted to get my furniture in place well ahead of Christmas. I’d recommend this company.”

“Very efficient order and delivery process. Pieces that needed assembly presented little difficulty. I liked the fact that I could find pieces to fit small spaces in my cottage but which still fulfilled the required functions. I like the clean lines of the pieces which, though contemporary suit a 160 year old cottage, Thank you”
