“I ordered two pieces of furniture, a small book case and a TV unit from the Portland range. They are absolutely beautiful look far more expensive than they were and the delivery was excellent. Arrived in a few day, messaged me with the time slot and they were really well packaged to avoid damage. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Ordered my furniture online on the Sunday and it was delivered on the Friday, quicker than estimated. The delivery men called me prior to arrival and put it together onsite, then left with all the packaging (although I was told I could keep it in case I didn’t like the furniture for repackaging). Will use again in the future.”

“The oak bookcase I ordered was fantastic quality and looked even better than the photo on the website. The delivery men were super helpful putting it together, very carefully adjusting the base with a spirit level and the fit was exact. One of the best online ordering experiences I have ever had.”

“The team at Chiltern were very helpful with good communication. The item was well packaged and of good quality and value for money. Delivery was carried out by courteous drivers that arrived on time and places the item in a room of our choice . “The Tv corner unit was exactly as it was displayed on their website. We had looked for months to find the right one. The price was unbelievably good too . When it arrived extremely promptly just before Christmas too the packaging was amazing, it looks amazing too in our lounge and is a perfect match with our other furniture. The communication was excellent too. Well done Chiltern Oak Furniture you have made our Christmas perfect. Thank you so much. We can definitely recommend you in the future to all our family & friends.”

“Congratulations Chiltern Oak. I am impressed. You only know how good a Company is if you have a problem and they deal with it well. Great service, good communication re delivery - received phone call to arrange day, and two hour time slot. Good quality furniture. One of the items had a manufacturing flaw found after the driver had left. Chiltern Oak replaced the item within a few days, and it was the week before Christmas. Well deserved 5 stars. Will definitely shop here again.”

“The wine rack only holds 50% of the wine, most are too big to fit through the holes so we had to remove the back off the rack so we could get them in from the back. Not ideal.”
