“I was a bit worried as furniture looked stunning but the reviews were saying bad service and delivery but absolutely spot on the furniture is stunning came pre built ready no damage, bought on the Monday evening 23rd July and arrived between 10-12 on the 31st July absolutely no problems at all came well packed and the comments I’ve had from people who have visited have all gone away wanting the website address I’m thrilled to hits and will be saving up for extra”

“THE DELIVERY DATE AND TIME SLOT WERE CONFIRMED FEW DAYS BEFORE, AND ON THE DAY EXACTLY WITHIN 2 HR TIME SLOT. THE DELIVERY GUYS WERE PLEASANT, EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. HAVING CHECKED WARDROBE THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE LOOK AND BUILD OF THIS PIECE. TELEPHONE CONTACT TO ENQUIRE ABOUT AFTERCARE FOR WOOD WAS VERY FAST AND HELPFUL. “Amazing service, very helpful delivery men. The furniture is very good quality and I have it in my bedroom and living room. It's fabulous quality and I guarantee it will last for years. Chiltern is a brilliant company and I thoroughly recommend them. Well done.”

“Fast service, we ordered on Saturday evening and furniture delivered lunchtime on Tuesday. Customer service and delivery staff have been brilliant. The furniture was all brilliantly packed, the colour and quality exactly as we hoped and great value for money. Will use again and recommend to others”

“The bookcase I purchased was good value for money, However I did not read the full description and so was slightly disappointed with the colour. I would not make that mistake again. It would not stop me from buying from Chiltern Oak Furniture again.”

“Found this company while searching for matching lamp tables which I found and ordered. They were a quarter of the price of other suppliers so wasn't expecting too much. But what a surprise they are superb and amazing quality just what I wanted and have received lots of comments about them. With prompt free delivery I found a little gem of a company here. “We saw your website and the furniture we we’re looking for so decided to make a order. Took our money striaght away told we’ll have the unit on 1st July .No communication to say your unit has arrived so we rang to be told it’s not on the container it’ll be on the next one which is now August.So fed up with having to chase after chiltern cancelled our order and gone to a better company who are delivering in 7 days. Don’t bother with this company you will never get your furniture .”

Hello there. I'm very sorry to see that you've left us the lowest possible feedback although completely understand the reasons why. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control the shipment containing your order was delayed significantly by the supplier. Despite this, we do have procedures in place for notifying customers when things like this occur and I can only apologise that this doesn't appear to have happened in this instance. “Delivery had to be rescheduled twice due to van braking down then driver being off sick. Kept well informed both times by Antonia who called ahead, so although it was inconvenient, Chiltern Oak did the best of what they could of a bad situation. Product itself was delivered by two guys on a Saturday morning, both of whom were very very polite and helped me unpack the item before leaving. My TV cabinet looks great and it's of a good quality and good price! Will be buying from Chiltern Oak again in the future and will recommend to family and friends too.”

“The furniture is great value. However when we unpacked one item we discovered a couple of small scratches.They are hardly noticeable. These were possibly due to the packing/ transport. I would hope that they do touch up paint just to cover these small areas as it would be a lot less hassle and cheaper than sending the item back.”
