“I am happy with the quality of the product, however not happy that the fixings were missing and tried to phone but no one available to take the call, fixings had to be sourced and bought locally”

“I am delighted with my purchase. Chiltern Oak Furniture offer good quality furniture and excellent customer service. I received an email as soon as I placed my order, contacted 2 days prior to delivery with a 2 hour time slot, 6am-8am and took delivery at 6:30am. The whole experience has been outstanding. I shall definitely be using this company again and recommend anybody to use Chiltern Oak Furniture.”
