“Purchased a bed from these people on 21st December - it had a 5 day delivery timeframe. They contacted me to say the bed would be delivered on 14th January. They called on 13th January to say that the bed has been discontinued and they have none in stock. They have offered a refund however this is unacceptable and I have now been without a bed for 3 weeks. Do not use them.”

“I choose thisTelevision cabinet because the dimensions given made it a perfect fit in the alcove in our sitting room. It arrived quickly, very well packaged and in perfect condition. The wood is an excellent colour match with our other oak furniture in the room. The cabinet is well made, looks good and The price was really reasonable compared with some other cabinets I looked at.”

“Great service, arrived very quickly, on the day I requested and I was given information on the delivery time. The bookcase was fully assembled and solidly built. The pictures online are an excellent representation. Lovely bookcase, already looking at ordering from Chiltern Oak again.”
