“Unavailable products and slow responses - I was called 5 days later to find that the items I purchased were unavailable. I recommend Etsy for urns instead. Thanks for processing the refund right away, however.”

“Process was easy to use, end product was disappointing as it was very small, we also paid extra for “diamond dust” it was a waste of money as it doesn’t sparkle at all so was very disappointed with this. For a forever keepsake of my parent’s ashes I felt very let down. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend your products.”

“The ring came back in the time frame, a nice ring. Fits well. I was disappointed with the amount of my husband's ashes that were sent back. I only sent the required amount but received quite a lot back. I am not sure how much of the ashes you need but it seems to me that not much were used in the making of the ring, which was the whole purpose of having the ring in the first place. I will always wear the ring but if asked I would have to give an honest account of Cherished Urns”

“The communication and the standard of the charm is very good, I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and estimated arrival of the product after ordering. I used Cherished Urns as a previous item I had with my Husbands ashes smashed when I caught my necklace and broke the chain which resulted in the charm smashing on the floor. With my previous charm, you could see the ashes embedded but with the charm I received from Cherished Urns I cannot see them at all and I also paid extra for the diamond dust and this is not very clear to see either. Aside from the points made above I was pleased with the look of the charm but disappointed with the fact that the ashes cannot be seen.”

“The overall score takes into account the beautifully made ring and the difficulties encountered with lack of communication for a swift delivery service offered by the company. BEWARE IF SENDING ASHES PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE DESPATCH PACK, SEND TO MILTON KEYNES AND NOT TRURO!”

“I was disappointed with my purchase costing over £400’. The chain was unsubstantial and hard to fasten. I complained about it and was offered £38 refund to source my own. If that’s all the chain is worth where has the rest of the four hundred pounds gone. Will not recommend.”

“After ordering a ring within the recommended time scales I had to chase it up the day before my wife’s birthday to be told it was to be dispatched that day.Not only did it arrive two days late it had two scuff marks on the band of the ring which luckily I was able to polish out with a fine compound rather than send the ring back adding to any further delays.”

“The urns are good the presentation boxes are good except for the locks which are discoloured and make the box look tatty. Inside the box is a velvet bag for urn to go in.”

“Considering the urn cost £120 when we opened the box it was very cheap looking. No finish on the interior of the wood. The lid fastening was not very secure. Dissapointed. Looked a lot better in the onine advert.”

“When I first received my ring I was delighted it was beautiful. Unfortunately just under a year 1 small stone fell out in the middle of the heart. I asked could this be fixed and I was told yes for £39. I just felt this was a bit much for 1 stone and that there should be some garentee for a year! However because the ring means that much I paid it and just waiting to be returned today.”
