“I am over the moon with my necklace from Cherished Urns. The speed of the process (from ordering to delivering) was unbelievable, 10days! I was super impressed with the communication, if I had any questions they were very prompt with responding and no question was too big! “My sister and I could not be happier with our memory ring and heart, this will be such a treasured piece of jewellery. The way in which they were packaged was beautiful and totally unexpected. The team at Cherished Urns were so helpful after I had misspelt a name on the order form for the certificate, they were so accommodating and sent replacement certificates the next day. Would definitely recommend Cherished Urns.”

“We ordered the shell for 2 people's ashes to be set off together. The shell came in good time and in a very handy box to carry it in. The instructions were clear as to how to put the ashes in a seal it and it floated in the river brilliantly before sinking after a few minutes. It was a very emotional and beautiful send off and we are so grateful to have found somewhere that did one for 2 people to be together. Highly recommend!”

“Lisa at Cherished urns was brilliant from the very start. Kind, compassionate and totally understood what I wanted at a sad distressing time. The urn I wanted was was out of stock but she went above and beyond to make certain I got that exact one (regardless) that I wanted for my Wife’s Ashes and in amazing time. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful resting place for their loved ones ashes. The staff are very human as well as the urns being beautiful.
