“I have had the sadness of having to deal with the death of our dear Father. I ordered our Cherished Urns and they arrived 2 days later. Better quality than expected. I had a question and dealt with a lovely lady called Kayla. The service I received was second to none. Dealt with efficiently and speedy with such empathy. This lovely company has got it just right. Highly recommended. Thank you sooo much.”

“Ordered a Celtic Cross but didn't realise I had to go to a different part of the home page to choose longer/different chain. As the choices of metals and resins are all on the page I see no reason why the chains are not. This has led to the original chain having to be sent back and, due to the Post Office I,m still waiting for the replacement chain. Would have been 5 stars if the chains were not on a different page. Need to remember people are ordering these items whilst still not functioning to full mental capacity and I, for one, did not even look elsewhere on their site for chains.”
