“Absolutely great service,quick delivery.that was second urn I have ordered as first one from different supplier was nowhere close to even have a little bit of a standard,I thought this one will be similar but I was very nicely surprised”

“Very happy with both necklaces and a very quick turn around, just wished both the necklaces came together instead of 1 one day and the other one came 4 days later, they were for my daughter and I”

“Thank you very much. Our beautiful mum’s urn arrived promptly and it was packaged well. We are very pleased with it. The colour is lovely, superb quality and beautifully made. It gives my father and family great comfort looking at it. We couldn’t have chosen better. “My daughter cried when she received her eternity design bracelet in as close to his birthstone colour as I could get; she was most certainly a Granda’s girl and delighted a part of him will always be with her. The gift wrapping and certificate were a lovely touch.”

“So my ring arrived and I was SO disappointed to find I had been sent the wrong ring. However the Customer Service I received was second to none. I was re-assured my Mum’s ashes were in the original ring which put my mind at rest. I was told to keep the original ring and the correct ring was made and delivered as a priority. The follow up service was excellent and so I would recommend this company. The rings are excellent quality and beautifully made. Thank you”
