“The service that I received was outstanding, the pendant was beautiful though a lot smaller than it looked in the book. The chain was very short almost like a child’s and as there wasn’t an option initially to change it, on my query of asking for a longer chain; I was told that I could receive a discount of £15 for the chain and pay up to £60 for a longer length. Which I declined so I am a tad disappointed as I purchased 2 pendants at the same time.”

“The products are beautiful and have no issues with the overall service however the original order did not arrive and when reordered only sent out a part of the order. The issues were sorted out relatively quickly with a few emails. The ring is lovely and am very pleased generally. I would definitely recommend.”

“My original choices were out of stock and so had to choose alternative ones. I choose self fill pendants and they were easy to fill and came with really long chains in lovely presentation boxes.”

“Very good communication. I was disappointed that my necklace had no sparkle even although we had paid for diamond dust. The chain is a bit flimsy and there’re is nothing to stop the heart from falling off the chain. I love it because of what it means to me.”

“Was really happy with my precious necklace. Will have to purchase an 18" chain as 16" too short. It is beautiful and perfect. However the time from order to arrival was a good bit longer than expected. But would use this company again. Thanks very much. Delivery was on time by courier but not the amount of time said when order was placed.”

“I ordered a wood casket which arrived very quickly. Ordering was easy and the casket looks good quality, Only disappointment is that paint is peeling/missing on the feet. Do not want to use for my husbands ashes until I can repaint them.”

“Super fast delivery However I was slightly disappointed with the size as I measure outside of my cardboard box leaving plenty of room to fit my late husbands ashes in the urn with out disturbing then. However once I opened the urn box it was a lot smaller inside so was unable to fit bottom back on securely”

“The first urn I ordered was damaged but it was easy getting it replaced which was very good but I think if it was quality controlled it should never have been sent out on an order in the first place, saying that the urn is beautiful 💖”
