“Was very impressed when I was looking through the brochure. I ordered a necklace as a gift and sent the appropriate Ashes. But was very disappointed that the necklace was from Amazon and I had to fill it myself. The engraving on the pendant was very small . I could have ordered it myself . Very disappointed”

We do our utmost to fairly represent all of our products and include photos, dimensions, and weight along with the description. The pendant that you chose is from our value range of self-fill jewellery which consists of pendants made of stainless steel and at accessible prices. “Lovely customer service and very helpful. I did receive my order and rang CS and they agreed not much of my fathers ash had been been put in, nor diamond dust and the representative felt much more could have been added. I felt saddened to send my fathers ashes back to them to re-do. I felt devastated as the only option was to dispose of the ash that was in the ring (as the resin was mixed with it) so they told me to keep the ring and chose something new free of charge. This wasn’t my reason to call, I only rang with a query, so after a lot more tears I felt they really dealt with this situation really well. I can’t wait to have my Dad back with me.”

“After losing my Dad in June 2019 me and my mum decided we wanted an item of jewellery to remember him by and whilst we kept leaning towards the Waves ring we never got round to ordering it and then sadly I lost my Mum very suddenly in April this year so now my jewellery needed to represent both of my beautiful parents. I finally ordered and received 3 items of Sterling Silver jewellery from Cherished Urns and the quality is just amazing. The ring is beautiful when it catches the light, the pendant & glass elements charm are lovely and the custom colours I requested in my ring and pendant are gorgeous. The Customer Service I received especially from Sarah went above and beyond my expectations and for that I'm truly thankful. Well done to the whole team at Cherished Urns for the outstanding service you provide in such a sensitive area.”

“Very beautiful. I bought one for my son who passed two years ago, and since then I've been on the hunt for the perfect urn. I bought an urn with a blue teddy bear on it. It was alot bigger than I thought it would be. The design on it was beautifully painted. I'm sure my son would have loved it. “I recently received a beautiful ring I ordered with my mums ashes.. I have never bought jewellery before containing ashes and was worried about the process and my chosen piece of jewellery.. Cherished urns were very professional and courteous and keep in touch to reassure me..
