“Simple process and very helpful customer services i brought 3 items 2 engraved necklaces for my daughters in sterling silver and myself a gold ring also engraved, they arrived back quicker than i expected, packaged absolutely beautifully the bags were marked so we could all open our own items which was lovely and the jewellery itself is such lovely quality my ring is nice thick gold so will wear well over the coming years. I'm very happy with our jewellery and it means we have a piece of my parents with us always”

“A wonderful way to keep those you love close. I ordered 3 items after losing my dad For myself my sister and my daughter all 3 of them are beautiful and mean so much to us. At this time I am not do so great and made a mistake on my order form... The team were so helpful and wonderful and fixed it right away for me no trouble! They kepted In contacted threw sending my dad's ashes to him arriving and being shipped back to me from start to finish was less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend these lovely people they make beautiful work and make everything so much easyer. A special thank you to jasmine who created our beautiful jewellery they mean so much to us. ❤️ Thank you again x”

“I ordered this beautiful urn to keep my dad's ashes in until we are ready to scatter them. The urn is stunning and beautifully crafted. It is very heavy indeed and came in a lovely velvet box. The service was fantastic and I had the urn less than 4i hours from ordering. I couldn't be happier despite the circumstances woth this purchase.”

“I ordered the Mawgan tea light cremation urn and it arrived quickly,very well packaged and in perfect condition. It's very beautiful , well made and heavy and I later found out that the word Mawgan has a Welsh connection. My late husband was born in Wales so this makes it even more special. Cherished Urns are a very good company and I would recommend them.”

“Great customer service after I contacted them to express my disappointment with a slight imperfection in the urn I had purchased. Straight away I had an email with an apology and within two days I was in receipt of a replacement. Very happy.”
