Beautiful urn, sadly the plastic disc on the lid fell off when we took thr urn from the box, which made my partner furious. Hence three instead of five stars.

The ring looks green, not blue and the chain on the bracelet is so fine. The heart is so hard to get ashes in it. I like the design.

The Classic Beech Wooden Rounded Urn arrived very quickly and looked lovely. Unfortunately, I was unable to remove the lid! When I phoned to speak about it, I was offered a second one, without the need to return it. However, when the second urn arrived, the lid was also impossible to remove! With some help and minimal damage, I was finally able to remove the lid and then had to work hard to sand the wood inside so that the lid was useable. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, maybe a word with the maker would be of help?

I have had both an urn and a ring. The urn is beautiful and I am very happy with it. The ring is also beautiful but I am slightly disappointed, as it is a lot bigger than the pictures led me to believe. I have very small fingers and hands and I feel it looks too big on me. I think it would have been better if it didn't have the shoulders on it and maybe a half size smaller. Mrs Rosemaria Sharon Tyler

Lovely product, good service.a bit over packaged.my daughter was pleased with her ring. I bought a necklace from a similar company which was much better value for money with as good a product and service

I would have given a 5 star review, but unfortunately, the customer service let them down. Whoever is answering customer emails need to be told that the use of exclamation marks should be kept to a minimum if used at all. One email I received they used an exclamation mark 3 times in 4 sentences. I was only asking for an update as my jewellery took longer than they had said. I had not received any updates from them, I had to do all the chasing. The ring I ordered is stunning so I can't fault them with that.

Was very impressed when I was looking through the brochure. I ordered a necklace as a gift and sent the appropriate Ashes. But was very disappointed that the necklace was from Amazon and I had to fill it myself. The engraving on the pendant was very small . I could have ordered it myself . Very disappointed

The pendant that you chose is from our value range of self-fill jewellery which consists of pendants made of stainless steel and at accessible prices. I ordered my Black and Silver Double Urn and received it last week only to open it snd find that there was a spot that had a wettisch look about it snd when I touched it the black pain came off so I would like you to please send me a new one and on that delivery they can take the Faulty Urn back to yourselves so it is basically a “Direct Swop” without any extra expenses attached to me. I would of left a good review but got my 3 rings delivered 11th september and they were all too big, I sent an email and they said would send out special packages to get them resized for us but its been over a week and still haven't recieved anything for us to get them made smaller.

When someone orders a ring we send them a special ring-sizer to make sure of the size and this is normally very accurate. We apologise fro the disappointment that this has caused and also that you have now yet received our package to return them to us for resizing. My Wife & I both liked the idea of the Teardrop Urn, But on receiving delivery, we were both disappointed with the recessed area around the Central Teardrop, my Wife picked up on it first & then asked me to take a look, I then had to agree with her, it is actually badly finished, for an Urn that i would say is not cheap, & nor would i want it to be,as this will contain the Ashes of Our Only Child,we are now a few days away from the Funeral, & we will put his Ashes into the Teardrop to remember him by, but i would say to you is ,i know that you purchase these Products from Abroad probably the Far East, were Quality Control is not as it should always be?? i would then suggest that you Personally Check The Product before dispatching it?? It is a real shame that the image on the top (lid) only lines up with the image on the rest of the urn at the front where the sun is. If you turn it round it is a different story.

Ordering was easy & the urn arrived quickly. I was disappointed that there was debris stuck to the lid that has left a mark. Otherwise the urn is good and displayed where the mark can't be seen.

The first urn that I received was water marked and Had red pen over it. I emailed and received a replacement but it was not in time for the cremation so I had to organise the ashes being changed over afterwards.

Really good communication from them. And in terms of how easy and respectful they were when it came to sending the ashes, I really rate them. The end product was not as nice as I thought and although they called to say why and was I happy to go ahead it was very difficult to envision an item when you had only seen it one way. I was quite disappointed with how they turned out and just hope my husband to be likes the sentiment behind them. Julie.

I opted to have my dogs ashes to come back in a ring. The colour I chose online and also on the paperwork was a very different blue than advertised. Overall the service was good, kept up to date on production and delivery

My husband ordered the three of us necklace for me, which arrived quickly and I believe you were very helpful when he asked for it before Christmas, however I wouldn't recommend this necklace as it just doesn't sit right and keeps turning over, I wish I had chosen a different one to have my dads ashes made into.
