“Thank you to Kayla and the team for my order. I lost my soulcat but had her ashes, fur and whisker put into a ring. Communication was quick and easy even before placing an order. I received my ring promptly but there was an element missing. I was so impressed with the effort made and possible solutions offered. It was kind, compassionate and generous. I got my ring corrected and again handled so professionally and quickly. I am super happy with it and with the company. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to remember a loved one in this way.”

“I recently lost my Mum 🦋 I wanted something a little more unconventional and eco friendly for her ashes, so I searched around and found cherished urns. I rang their number and spoke to a lovely lady who was so, so helpful. I ordered via the website and the urn arrived a few days later and it is beautiful, so much nicer than a normal one. It’s wonderfully colourful too, just like my Mum. Thank you 🦋”

“I placed my order LATE late on a Monday and delivery was Wednesday, amazing! I spent hours looking for just the right keepsake urn and this is exactly what I wanted. It's heavier than I expected and very tactile to hold. I saw a few very similar designs elsewhere online but this was the best price and, let's face it, death is expensive, so it was nice not to feel taken advantage of like some other companies selling ones just like this for almost double the price.”

“This is the second time of using this company and once again we’re delighted with the jewellery. Sending beloved ashes through the post makes us anxious but the company emailed to say that they’d received them. The ring was made very quickly and the engraving was perfect and easy to read. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. Thank you for your excellent service.”
