“My uncle past suddenly and his wishes were to be cremated, when we collected his remains i was shocked they came in a plastic bag placed in a card board box. I really did not think that was good enough for my uncle so i went online and found cherished urns the choice was excellent with so many different types and styles. The one i chose was delivered really quickly and and for the money paid was superb value for money. It came in a beautiful velvet presentation box and the urn was super quality all the family made comments on how well it looked. My uncle would have well pleased with his new resting place. Thank you cherished urns for the excellent service”

“So disappointed we ordered our daughter’s urn on the 27th December. Today is the 2nd and we still hadn’t been able to collect her ashes due to the urn not turning up. I called and was told it hadn’t even been sent!! I understand it’s Christmas which is the excuse I was given but it’s not good enough! I have now asked for a refund and ordered from Amazon as they could confirm delivery by 1pm tomorrow! Shocking service in a very sad hard time for our family”

“I can't describe how beautiful my ring is, it arrived on Christmas eve making it extra special as Christmas was my dad's favourite time of year, the quality and fitting is amazing, we are waiting for 2 more rings to be delivered before my sisters and I wear them everyday, we are hoping they arrive before dad's birthday, this will be his first birthday without him and we will all put them on together on this day, thankyou much ❤️”
