“My sister and I could not be happier with our memory ring and heart, this will be such a treasured piece of jewellery. The way in which they were packaged was beautiful and totally unexpected. The team at Cherished Urns were so helpful after I had misspelt a name on the order form for the certificate, they were so accommodating and sent replacement certificates the next day. Would definitely recommend Cherished Urns.”

“We ordered the shell for 2 people's ashes to be set off together. The shell came in good time and in a very handy box to carry it in. The instructions were clear as to how to put the ashes in a seal it and it floated in the river brilliantly before sinking after a few minutes. It was a very emotional and beautiful send off and we are so grateful to have found somewhere that did one for 2 people to be together. Highly recommend!”

“Lisa at Cherished urns was brilliant from the very start. Kind, compassionate and totally understood what I wanted at a sad distressing time. The urn I wanted was was out of stock but she went above and beyond to make certain I got that exact one (regardless) that I wanted for my Wife’s Ashes and in amazing time. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful resting place for their loved ones ashes. The staff are very human as well as the urns being beautiful. “Customer service excellent. Bracelets were very flimsy and so much smaller than shown on website , so disappointed in quality Paid extra £20 per bracelet for diamond dust which , made no difference to dull finish. Would not recommend the bracelets”
