“Cherished Urns have been excellent they answered all my questions & were kind & efficient during the ordering & delivery. I’d chosen the Going Home Urn & matching Keepsake Tealight. They arrived in beautiful black velvet boxes & are a fitting resting place for my wonderful husband who adored birds of prey. They are very heavy & great quality. “Super fast delivery and excellent customer service. Ordered a beautiful urn but then found out I needed a biodegradable one. Cherished Urns refunded the Urn very quickly and sent the new biodegradable one out straight away without any problems. Would recommend highly to anyone..”

“When I phoned the young lady who took the call was very kind caring helpful and friendly which made the ordering much easier i choose the rose ( self fill ) locket she explained what would be included and told me their was a card explaining how to do it , from ordering to delivery was 2 days on opening the box is a little bag with a little gift wrapped box and ribbon which is a lovely touch to find a most beautiful detailed rose with two leaves at the bottom all I can say is great customer service and thank you for all your time and kindness you showed to me xx”

“After spending many hours looking for something special to place my mum's ashes in, I found cherished urns. The delivery was excellent along with the packaging. The urn is absolutely lovely. I have it placed on a table along with a photo of my mum and each night I light a candle and have a little chat 😀. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for something that little bit special.”

I took a long time to make my decision then ordered it online followed by posting a small amount of ashes. I wanted a simple ring.
