“Ordered a deco silver ring for our daughter made with the ashes of our beautiful dreadfully missed dog. It is a lovely piece of jewellery and we are so pleased with the quality. The communication with the company (Shari) was excellent and I felt that care and respect had been shown throughout the process. I would say though that the extra for the diamond dust wasn’t worth it as it didn’t seem to make any difference. I am now looking for an item for myself.”

“I contacted Cherished Urns before ordering as I wanted a deep red ring but nothing that looked like blood or brown and if they felt it wasn’t achievable I’d pick another colour. They replied quickly assuring me this could be accomplished and I ordered my ring. I can not fault the customer care as they emailed to say they’d received the ashes and I’d have an 8 week wait for my ring. I then hoped they would contact me to discuss/confirm a colour choice or possible colour match before making the ring, as this was something I was really anxious about, but the next email I received was to say my ring was en route. I was delighted as I’d only waited 6 weeks, but super anxious regarding the colour match. My ring in a dusky light looks stunning and was the deep red I wanted but unfortunately under a harsher light it looks a brassy red which was definitely not what I wanted, so I’m disappointed but this maybe something to do with the way the light reflects on the resin. It’s a shame but so long as I walk around in a dull room it looks stunning. On reflection I should have looked for a colour match and sent it directly to them along with my order. So that’s my top tip if you’d like a specific colour. Unfortunately customer services response was that they were sorry I wasn’t happy with the colour. A lot of money to spend in a product that I’m not entirely happy with, so that was disappointing.”

“So my ring arrived and I was SO disappointed to find I had been sent the wrong ring. However the Customer Service I received was second to none. I was re-assured my Mum’s ashes were in the original ring which put my mind at rest. I was told to keep the original ring and the correct ring was made and delivered as a priority. The follow up service was excellent and so I would recommend this company. The rings are excellent quality and beautifully made. Thank you”

“One of the urns I purchased was never delivered but the company was very happy to send another which was delivered the next day. In spite of the mix up, I'm overall impressed with how they sorted the problem and happy with the urns I recieved.”

“I was very pleased with the service at Cherished Urns. I ordered two pendants they were both smaller than I expected them to be though very pretty. The chains were very short which I was disappointed with and when I asked to exchange them I was told that I would get a £15 discount off a new chain that would cost over £60. I would rather have been given the option of choosing the preferred length of chain at the beginning of my purchase though overall I thought Cherished Urns to be a good company.”
