“I purchased 3 ashes rings when my husband recently passed away , for myself, daughter & granddaughter. All 3 are beautiful . As we chose Stirling silver we recieved them within 7 days of the ashes being recieved . The rings arrived beautifully packaged with a certificate of authentication. The whole process ,from start to finish was done with great care & respect . Remaining ashes were returned 💙 I chose to order online , with no problems at all . I highly recommend Cherished Urns .”

“Thoroughly recommend. A highly efficient organisation with the personal touch so needed when ordering memorial goods. I chose a ring which I am so happy with. It's exactly as described. I was sure it was going to be too chunky but it's perfect. I wear it all the time. Lovely people, lovely ring. A great comfort having our beloved cat with me all the time.”

“The communication and the standard of the charm is very good, I was kept up to date with the progress of the order and estimated arrival of the product after ordering. I used Cherished Urns as a previous item I had with my Husbands ashes smashed when I caught my necklace and broke the chain which resulted in the charm smashing on the floor. With my previous charm, you could see the ashes embedded but with the charm I received from Cherished Urns I cannot see them at all and I also paid extra for the diamond dust and this is not very clear to see either. Aside from the points made above I was pleased with the look of the charm but disappointed with the fact that the ashes cannot be seen.”

“Have ordered a few times now from Cherished Urns, and the service is second to none. When I spoke on the phone to place my order, they showed compassion as I was upset as I was ordering a necklace with my beloved Dad's ashes. The jewellery is first class. I had a problem with a necklace that I ordered for my Neice with her Mum's ashes in it, and her chain broke. I contacted Cherished Urns and they were sorry that this had happened and they sent a new one to her. I would recommend this company.”

“Very easy order process, I needed a larger urn for my husbands ashes, this was perfect the white sunflower Cherished Urn, what a stunning urn packaged beautifully and comes with a velvet box. Delivery was within 48 hours.Thankyou so much ,my husband will be forever with me now .”

“Cherished Urns, were very professional and respectful at sending all correspondence needed for creating the piece of jewellery we required. All items were presented very well and overall my daughter was very pleased with the finished item a beautiful silver ashes ring which contained her closest friends ashes.
