“Doing such an emotional thing was made easier as everything is very professional done. Customer service brilliant. Then When my ring came I was blown away it’s just perfect, the presentation of the delivery was beautiful, very emotional and I will treasure it forever, as now I was have my partner with me everyday, every where. “A lovely item of jewellery. I had a ring made with my partners ashes and Cherished Urns were so helpful, thoughtful and understanding. The service from from start to finish was excellent. From my initial online order (which I had second thoughts about and changed to another ring.) to the way they send a full package to collect the ashes, ring sizers and the way everything was packaged for return was thoughtful of my feelings. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and I was so pleased with it, although I have had to return it as it was quite loose. Again they were so helpful when I called to ask if it could be made smaller.”

“Very pleased with the jewellery and service was excellent. Three rings ordered in total, two for my daughters and one for myself from my mums ashes. Also a charm bead. Kept updated all the way and the jewellery is much better than expected. The packaging and certificate is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this company”

“Absolutely stunning urn, ordered as a gift for my partner. I love that its hand crafted and all are unique in their own way. Its made very well and solid, alot heavier than i expected too. “First they were sent the wrong gold ring , they contacted me and I agreed to except it instead of waiting another 6 weeks I was sent pictures of it ,I did say it looked a bit big as it was pictured on a ring sizer, I was told that when the ashes were put in , it would be the size I wanted !! ( really ) when it arrive they put the wrong name on the certificate spoke to them again they apologised and said they would send another one with the right name meanwhile I've had my ring that is too big sized at a jeweller's its half a size bigger than I ordered ,but also mentioned I still hadn't had the new certificate that was promised,so back it goes to be made smaller strange they don't even a half size ,can't say I had a good experience with this company especially when you've just lost the love of you life I feel that everything that could have gone wrong did !!”

“From start to finish this was an easy experience. Ordering online and the pack to complete arrived the next day. Very easy instructions to follow. Email and text when they had received the package, separate email to say they are working on my order, another email and text to say it has been dispatched. When received the packaging was lovely, even a sticker to say who at the company had made the bracelet. The bracelet itself is beautiful, the colour matched exactly what was chosen and they also sent back the ashes that they didn't need to use.”
