“I have never bought an urn online before but not having found a suitable one for my late Mum by the normal means of contact local undertakers, I took the plunge. I shouldn't have worried. The whole process was so simple and the urn was received so very well packaged.”

“Delivery took a little longer than expected and it would have been reassuring to be kept more informed about how long this would take however having said that the product I have purchased is perfect and as shown on the website. It was well-wrapped and in perfect condition and was delivered during the specified time as advised by the carrier on the day of delivery.”
