“The Ring is a perfect Fit, returned what was not needed in the jewellery, and was packaged safely. Delivery was longer than anticipated but due to the current circumstances of Covid 19 it was to be expected. Only thing I was disappointed with was the diamond dust. It wasn’t what I was expecting as it just looks like white dots, and on reflection wasn’t needed. Would be just fine without it.”

“The pendant I got for my mum was beautiful she was so overwhelmed. Unfortunately after only wearing it a few days the chain snapped when she was out and she lost it. She is devastated. This jewellery obviously means alot to people and it's not cheap either I think the chains should be much stronger to prevent this happening.”

“Service was impeccable although we had to wait for one item which was out of stock.....this was due to covid....which has a lot to answer for. Staff were courteous and pleasant every time we spoke, and also very helpful with all products ordered”

“Lovely customer service and very helpful. I did receive my order and rang CS and they agreed not much of my fathers ash had been been put in, nor diamond dust and the representative felt much more could have been added. I felt saddened to send my fathers ashes back to them to re-do. I felt devastated as the only option was to dispose of the ash that was in the ring (as the resin was mixed with it) so they told me to keep the ring and chose something new free of charge. This wasn’t my reason to call, I only rang with a query, so after a lot more tears I felt they really dealt with this situation really well. I can’t wait to have my Dad back with me.”

“Absolutely beautiful, bigger than we thought, It is great. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was one off the latches on the velt box sticks and it is difficult to undo otherwise we would off given it 5 stars.”

“My ring is lovely. Smaller than what i expected. It looked bigger on website. The part where the ashes are is so small. I feel like it could have been a bit bigger, but then that's probably my fault for not looking at the measurements. It is slightly too big but am not gonna send back as i don't want to spend another 40 pound when i have already spent 255 pound.”
