“I just love my ring .. the photo doesn't do it justice .. i would highly recommend without a doubt .. customer service is brilliant and they get back to you straight away if you need them, nothing is too much trouble .. delivery is very quick .. they keep you updated from the day you put your order in till the day its delivered .. it brings me so much comfort knowing my dads ashes are in my ring and he's always with me. “I was very pleased with the service at Cherished Urns. I ordered two pendants they were both smaller than I expected them to be though very pretty. The chains were very short which I was disappointed with and when I asked to exchange them I was told that I would get a £15 discount off a new chain that would cost over £60. I would rather have been given the option of choosing the preferred length of chain at the beginning of my purchase though overall I thought Cherished Urns to be a good company.”
