“Cherished Urns were absolutely fabulous. I rang them with a couple of enquiries and was dealt with very efficiently and sympathetically. They emailed me to let me know my ashes had arrived and they would keep them safe for me. They also told me when my necklace had been dispatched and I had a message from the courier. The whole process only took a week. I can't recommend them enough.”

“I couldn't be happier with my beautiful jewellery. The customer service was excellent from start to finish and they dealt with any questions and issues promptly and professionally. The jewellery was made and delivered less than a week after they received the ashes and was packaged gorgeously. I really can't recommend highly enough”
