“Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Ordering process is great, sending of ashes is straight forward and Cherished Urns take all stress out of the process, you are emailed when they are received, when your order is shipped and you get the left over ashes back. The order is packaged beautifully, with such care. The item itself is stunning in every way. I love the personal touch of knowing who in the staff have created the item too, it really resonates that the company and staff really understand how personal their work is. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service, I couldn’t be happier with my beautiful memorial ring, perfect fit, I had the diamond dust which added more shine. So pleased I chose the Pink, l love it. Very quick delivery of the brochure and seizing pack. I was kept informed at all times. Would recommend to everyone.”

“When we contacted them for a Mawgan teardrop urn, they thought they didn’t have any, but very kindly checked in their warehouse, and managed to find one for us. Which we were so grateful for as it is such a beautiful item. Nobody knows that it contains the ashes of our son, as it looks like an ornament. Highly recommend”
