“I am very pleased with my purchase from Cherished Urns. The order process was easy. The ashes kit got sent to me in good time and I was able to send the ashes back without struggle. The finished product got sent back to me quickly. My necklace is lovely. It’s really special and such a lovely item to have. The engraving on the back makes it so much more precious.”

“The ring is lovely but I was disappointed in the time I had to wait. It said I should receive within 7 days of notification of the receipt of the ashes. When I questioned this I was told not for gold. I waited 2 months.”

All our items of gold jewellery are individually hand-crafted and then have to pass through the Assays office to be hallmarked which is why they take 6-8 weeks, as is clearly stated on the website, so we're sorry that you missed that bit of important information and were expecting your ring quicker. “The urn was exactly I was looking for to hold the ashes of my beloved mother. Her favourite colour was lilac and purple and her favourite flower was the rose so it matched nicely. However the downfall is when the parcel arrived and we opened the box it smelt damp and as it was left in my kitchen the next morning the foisty smell lingered. When I got rid of the cardboard box and was just left with the urn inside the black velvet box. The velvet also had a very damp smell but when the box was opened to reveal the urn it still smell foisty. I had to spray inside and outside of the box and even took me a few days to get rid of the damp smell.”

“I brought one of the ladybird necklace and put a tiny bit of my beloved sister in it. She loved ladybirds. I wear this everyday. It is a strong necklace has not tarnished and as yet I've not lost it or broken it for 8 months now. That's a record for me and necklaces. However just incase I'm purchasing another one as can't be without it now”
