“The footwear I ordered were really nice, however even though I ordered a 6.1/2 instead of a size 6 I found them to be slightly snug over the top of the foot. I was dissapointed that I had to return them.”

“The service was excellent and I was well informed about the delivery. I bought the shoes as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and had been very pleased with the previous Joya shoes I had purchased from you. Unfortunately the new shoes caused the removal of the skin on my heal and I am not able to wear them so have returned to wearing the old shoes. The new shoes do not seem to have the flexibility of the old ones particularly at the back of the shoe. This has been very disappointing experience.”

This is disappointing to hear John. The shoes you bought are on the Joya lighter Nuvola sole which is not as cushioned, or as deep as the rest of the Joya range. Our advice would be to stick to the Joya SENSO and ACTIVE sole units in the future. Kind Regards, Jo - Cheerful Soles

“Always great customer service and swift delivery. Personally I would like a larger range of Alegria shoes and sandals to be available, but appreciate they stock other brands also which, regrettably, are not suitable for me. Free returns would be great, but they’re only a small business, so I get it.”

“The sale price of the shoes was very good,but one pair had been worn a while,with a few creases on the leather,and slightly dirty soles.Perhaps you could describe them accordingly.But not a problem,i am happy to accept them at sale price.”

“I’m delighted with my shoes which are exactly what I’d expected. I was a little anxious prior to arrival as the delivery company you use doesn’t have a great reputation for accuracy. However, mine arrived on time and to my address.”

“I never give five stars so these four mean that my experience with Cheerful Soles was very good. A question I had was quickly and effectively answered, the item arrived in a very timely manner and my refund was applied in what seemed like record time. My only quibble was that I had to pay for return shipping but that is clearly stated on the site and it's only that so many places offer free returns that this seemed a little out of step (pun acknowledged). I have no trouble recommending them to anyone.”
