Lots of people find the Joya range comfortable in spite of their awkward feet, thanks to the so soft elastic and supportive foot bed, which cushions and absorbs the shock from everyday walking and standing on hard surfaces. Hello Nawaf. We sent your shoes via Royal Mail International tracked and signed service. I can see that the updates stop from 11th Feb with your items arriving at Langley (Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre). It is possible that your shoes are on their way and that they have simply missed being scanned. We will keep an eye on the shipment status too and hopefully you will receive your new shoes soon.
