“Ordered the shoes over the phone. The advice given was very good. The service prompt and efficient. Unfortunately the fit was unsuitable, but that was not the fault of the shop. (I had had a foot operation, and it was probably too soon to order new shoes.) Prompt refund, which was communicated by email, which not all suppliers do.”

“The service was fast and effective. The shoes were amazingly cushioned but unfortunately I have problematic knees and they pulled on my knee. I cannot fault the company and have no doubt that most people would feel they were walking on air in the shoes.”

“I recently purchased some Alegria Brenna slip on shoes. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis for a while. I rang the shop for advice and they were extremely helpful. Amazingly the shoes arrived the next day. I now have happy feet...!!!! Thankyou!!!!”
