Hello Margaret Thank you for taking my call, I am very sorry that you have not received the fabric especially as it was a time-sensitive order. Please be assured that we would never want our customers to be 'out of pocket', we always do our very best to ensure a smooth shopping experience and always advise customers to contact us if they have any concerns. Unfortunately, I have tracked the order (sent you the reference details too) and found that Parcelforce has mentioned that the address is insufficient and the parcel is at the depot and they will most likely return it to us. We have both been let down and I can understand it may have reflected badly upon our service to you. Please find the transaction has been refunded fully.
