Dear Mrs G R Grey Thank you for taking my call, I am sorry to read the negative review. With reference to not responding to emails, I am not sure why your email was accidentally missed. However, moving forward I would like to look after you and have emailed you to resolve the matter. I understand I caught you at an inconvenient time and you were unable to discuss the matter, and I'd like to wish you best of luck with your job in hand. Kindly note, the dress net is an imported fabric, occasionally and rarely sometimes this fabric can carry an odour - but by airing it, most of the time the issue can be resolved. I have addressed the team of the issue and concern and will look into it closely. As a small family run company we are committed to serving our customers and look after them as we would want to be, if we were to shop online. ourselves. “Lovely felt rolls (to make play mats for my granddaughter, starting with a farm themed one) and a large piece of white glitter felt to make my own polar bear decorations - saw one last year but it was £60. I'm just getting my crafting mojo back but trying to resist buying too many supplies for 'future projects'. I've been able to adapt the way I do things but I have arthritis, fumble fingers, hand and body tremors (side effect of my medication) and my eyesight isn't great so I don't know how long I will be able to carry on making things.”
