“Whilst ordering, I noticed that my old work address was populated in the billing address field. I found this very odd but I changed this to my home address. Once the order was placed I saw that it was going to my old HOME address! No idea how that ended up there, but I emailed Cheap Farbrics immediately to let them know and to ask to cancel the order or amend the address before dispatch. I never heard back. Thankfully, the new owners of my old address refused the package and it was returned to sender but Cheap Fabrics has never been in contact, even after contacting them via Twitter. Money down the drain. Everyone makes mistakes but to not even acknowledge my email (and it's been several weeks now) is terrible customer service.”
