“Loved the site, the prices and the choices but could have done with the ordering having specific guidance about needing to write if you wanted the parcel to be delivered to a safe place. I payed extra for next day delivery and have yet to receive my parcel, days later, because the delivery service would not accept my request to change the delivery to non signed for.”
