“The ONLY good thing about leaving London (back to US) was knowing we had a car coming to get us - pouring rain! It would have been a dreadful walk to the train. I just can't say enough good things about this service, especially since it was the first time I have ever actually hired a car service. Both coming and going I had to make schedule changes and they replied instantly with what I needed. This may become my trip self-splurge forever! Our hearts go out to all London folks, police, taxis etc. Stay strong and safe!”

“Easy booking process. Liked that they emailed through chauffeur details including car day before my booking. Our driver was very polite, courteous and on time. Car was immaculately clean, comfortable and loved the little touches of hand wipes, bottled water & charging cables in the car. Would definitely use again.”

“To whom it may concern, I am sending this message to the management of Chauffeur One Limited to give very high praise to the chauffeur that transferred me from one hotel to another (St James Court, London to Castle Hotel, Windsor). The chauffeur was very kind and showed much sympathy for my late arrive to the St James. I had encountered problems with the bus system in London and was delayed, the chauffeur waited for me and even allowed me to use his personal to make an urgent call back to the St James Court when I discovered that I had left important documents in the safe. It is not often that one encounters such excellent service, thank you! I will use this company again and again.”

“Nice and brand new Mercedes with Wi-Fi and Evian for passengers, intelligent and polite drivers. That's the real 100% Executive Class for reasonable money! We have used Chauffeur One four times while in London (last ride on 07.01.17) and think that they are still the best. Vitaly D.”

“We had the BEST service! Our driver was so AWESOME! The office staff were prompt with emails. Thank you for the very memorable short stay in London. The driver Suren went over and beyond helping my sister and I. He helped us find a restaurant and adapters to charge our phones, He gave us a fabulous tour of London's popular sites.
