“We have now had Chartex carry out a homebuyer survey on three properties. The quality and detail of the reports have helped us in our purchasing, or not, of the properties. We were very impressed by the service they have given and the very quick turn around is nothing short of excellent. We found the survey to be detailed and very clear. The structure and layout makes it very easy to identify all of the work that needs to be done on the property and provides clear guidance on the level of concern of any problems identified. “Chartex carried out a homebuyer survey on a property I am buying. I have been very impressed by the service they have given, very quick turn aroud which is extremely quick.. In particular, the survey is extremely detailed and very clear. It makes it very easy to identify all of the work that will need to be done on the property and provides clear guidance on the level of concern of any problems identified. The seller and agent might not like them but whoever is looking to get e report do not hesitate to choose them. It will scares you but at least you know that you are not going to spend money on something that going to cause you trouble in the future.”
