About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“I had an amazing experience with Charlotte Mills, they were very accommodating and responsive every time I reached out - the first time in response to me requesting advice on which shoes to order (and offering to reserve me a pair which were the last ones remaining and wouldn’t be restocked), and the second time with regards to exchanging an order that had been misplaced in the post. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes before settling on one, and they were all well-made and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend!”

“Brilliant service and wonderful product. I managed to not only order the wrong size but also didn’t specify wide fit. Nothing was any trouble size and preference got sorted and sent out first time. Would highly recommend!”

“I was really gutted about my purchase with Charlotte Mills. I had been waiting for some time for the shoes to come in stock, for them to arrive with defects. The items were returned & unfortunately, I will not be re-purchasing.”

“Oh wow, what can I say about Charlotte Mills wedding shoes that provide sufficient feedback to describe their beauty, comfort, uniqueness, and dreaminess for the occasion. They were amazing and perfect in every way for my wedding day. I purchased the bag to go with them and this just sealed the deal for me. The shoes got dirty as I had a farm wedding but after the wedding, I gently sponged the bows back to their former glory and used a soft toothbrush to gently clean the glitter on the shoes and you wouldn't know I had worn them. The packaging is equally as lovely and it makes receiving the purchase more like a gift to yourself, plus it's all great for storing my shoes and bag after the wedding until I can find an occasion to wear them again, and I will. Customer service and delivery were brilliant, I cannot find anything to fault, perfection all round. THANK YOU”

“I cannot recommend these wedding shoes enough. My daughter was struggling to find any shoes for her wedding and with only a few weeks to go and the wedding dress fitting looming, panic was setting in. Then we stumbled across Charlotte Mills and our worries were gone. Her beautiful shoes arrived in time for her wedding dress fitting and she fell in love with them. The shoes, the packaging, the sixpence, the whole process was a joy. She chose Immy with the 4cm heel and they were both comfy and super elegant. In the evening she wore the Karolina trainers and danced the night away. Customer service was second to none, absolutely excellent, thank you.”

“I messaged the Instagram page as I had seen the Karolina trainers after purchasing my heels and I knew I needed them! They match my heels and are very good quality I couldn’t be happier! I received them with a speedy delivery and now I’ve my heels for the isle and my dancing shoes for the night! I couldn’t resist and bought the bag to match too🙈”

“I had a great experience in the London pop-up store selecting a pair of shoes. I have teeny tiny feet so finding wedding shoes has been really hard, and I wanted something comfortable with a wide heel. The assistant was really helpful and gave me a range of shoes to try on, and when I found the perfect pair they arrived 2 days later. They are beautiful quality, very comfy and have a lot of lovely little touches to make them extra special for my big day!”

“I had such a good time at the pop-up store in London! Was treated so kindly and never once felt rushed. I am in love with my new heels! As a lady with narrow feet, I am happy I got to try them on in person (I'm normally a US 6-6.5, and wound up sizing down to a UK 3). They are so comfortable, and I can't wait to wear them on my wedding day.”
