“The most exquisite box of treats arrived in time for our family celebrations. The ease of entertaining was greatly enhanced by the fact that everything tasted so good :you didn’t need more than a fresh salad and some crusty bread in order to present an elegant platter for the family. There is a refinement in the smokey flavours and the beetroot infused smoked salmon was a family favourite- so pretty on the plate. Thank you Charlie.”

“Beautiful Trout. Tried fresh kiln smoked, patè and fishcakes. Totally recommend all of them. Flavoursome, with trout in the fishcakes and the patè given centre stage. The fresh trout cooked quickly and was delicious. The kiln smoked had just the right amount of smokiness. The packing box the fish arrived in was some of the best I have ever seen. All in all a fantastic purchase that I will definitely make again.”

“I bought the beetroot infused smoked trout 250g but apart from the beetroot colour I couldn't taste the beetroot in the smoked trout. The quality of the trout was very good but expected more of a beetroot flavour for my money.”
