“We were delighted with all the products, the smoked trout, smoked chicken breast and smoked trout pate were all wonderful. The products arrived very quickly and I shall definitely buy from Charlie's smokehouse again.”

“I bought the beetroot infused smoked trout 250g but apart from the beetroot colour I couldn't taste the beetroot in the smoked trout. The quality of the trout was very good but expected more of a beetroot flavour for my money.”

“As a regular Charlies' customer of some years' standing I sent some trout and trout pate to my sister last week as a gift. It arrived very quickly and was delivered to the door of her flat, not just to the entrance of the building which is often the case. She was delighted with the pate as was another sister who shared it - we all agree that is is both light and luxurious, looks so attractive, and far too easy to eat! The fresh trout fillets have not yet been used but we are sure that they will be as good as other products. Long live Charlies' Smokehouse!”
