“Love Charley Chau beds and blankets, have purchased I think 5 beds and 4 blankets the last few years and all are still in great condition after being washed multiple times. Love that they have optional waterproof inside covers too. Customer service is great as well. The only teeny tiny thing that I feel would make it more luxurious is to change the packaging (I know this is down to cost) but it all comes wrapped in cheap plastic :-( When it arrives it just doesn’t feel like I’ve bought from a luxury company. They do however have a nice touch of adding a hand written post card inside which is lovely.”

“Fantastic service. When I rung up to get advice bout bed sizing, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful. Delivery was quick and when the bed arrived, it was the perfect size and clearly very well handcrafted Also love the additional cushion and blanket we bought. Could not recommend Charley Chau more highly.”

“I love all of Charley Chau products. They are beautifully made and perfect in every way. The beds and bed covers are gorgeous and comfortable. The handmade herringbone collar and leash are stunning and the charming inside red collar is perfect. I live in the USA and but only like purchasing items from Charley Chau and it's worth the shipping cost. Also they have excellent customer service. Both my Italian greyhound and miniature daschund are so happy with their snuggle beds and I recently bought a snuggle bed for my friend's miniature poodle. I highly recommend Charley Chau to anyone who wants style and quality made items for their pups.”

“My dog is very fussy about beds, and I got fed up with returning the ones she refused to sleep in - but she absolutely loves her Deeply Dishy bed. Not only is it very comfortable for her, but is beautifully designed to look good in any interior. On top of that both the whole bed and the soft blankets I bought to go with it wash easily in a machine and dry quickly, the bed goes back into shape properly and the blankets stay fluffy. Customer service was also great-everything arriving so fast and with a personal touch.”

“Charlie Chau always provides a fabulous service - wonderful products and excellent personalised customer service. I ordered knowing I had left it very late (I thought too late) to have my dog's new collar for Christmas but to my delight it arrived in plenty of time - fantastic.”

“This is an amazing product & a super company to deal with, & a very swift dispatch despite current covid difficulties. Both my dogs are enjoying a Charley Chau snuggle bed each. They look like giant tortellini against the Aga ! I’d strongly recommend these dog beds if this was the style you were looking for. We’ve also saved the lovely picture post card that came with the order. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Game changer! My rescue pointer cross, was having real sleep issues at night, so we we all suffering the consequences of sleep deprivation. The snuggle bed has completely turned things around. It’s her favourite place to be and will now take herself to bed just to get back in it! Probably the best dog related purchase made!”

“My whippet loves her snuggle bed so much, but our Labrador kept wanting to sleep on it so we got her a daybed! She absolutely loves it. Cannot recommend these beds enough! We also have a snuggle bed for our mini dachshund, so we now have 3 Charley Chaus in the house! Happy doggies all round!”
