“Absolutely love this bed, room for a Jack Russel and an Italian Greyhound (large size)! Fabric is gorgeous and dog hairs are easy to remove (no weaving into the fabric!). The dogs just dived straight in and now it’s home. 🐶”

“Delighted with my purchase! The bed is of high quality both in terms of manufacture and materials. It is at least 3 or 4 times thicker than previous beds that I have purchased and provides great support for my Italian Greyhound puppy and Chihuahua. As a result I have ordered a second smaller bed for travel! Thank you Charley Chau! :) xx”

“I have bought several of the ‘Deeply Dishy’ beds going back to the early days of Charley Chau. ‘Several’ because I have several dogs - bull terriers, Border Terriers & a German Pointer. Mostly I have Medium sized but now two Small as well - sadly no Pointer now, but she loved to curl up in the smaller bed. I like the high sides which I feel make a dog feel cosy & secure. They are easily washed & I also like the way they can be folded neatly for travelling. Nothing left to be improved upon …”

“This is our second deeply dishy bed . Mollie our 13 year old Westie wore out her previous bed and there was no debate - it had to be a Charley Chau deeply dishy bed again which she is loving and looks so comfy in ❤️”

“This is our third Faux-Fur fleece-backed rug as we keep finding more uses for them. Our Pyrenean Mountain Dogs love them and they do such a good job of protecting our leather sofas. We are always spoilt for choice but now own a Polar Bear and Foxy covers which are amazing and wash so well. Charley Chau is a delightful company to buy from and their help, expertise and friendliness is second to none. First discovered at Crufts, many years ago and now we buy directly from the lovely website.”

“I purchased a Charley Chau Deeply Dishy bed for my partners Toy Poodle. I must say, it’s a beautifully made bed with a luxurious feel to the velour. Delivery was super-fast and Winnie absolutely loves it. A fantastic purchase and service all round!”

“Excellent service; charming lady on the phone to help with my order i made a mistake with. Lovely to get the personalised postcard in the parcel. However, the bed itself is too fat. The dog can't easily get into because the cushion is too solidly packed. I don't quite know how we are going to sort this out to get her in it. Do you think it could be because of the liner making the filling compress or what else do you think it could be? I don't remember the previous one being so fat. I'd be pleased to hear your thoughts.”

Hi Fiona, This is rather unusual as we very rarely get comments about our mattresses being too well filled! I notice that you also ordered a Waterproof Bed Liner for the bed and although the fabric is breathable it does mean the air is released from the Liner a lot more slowly and so the mattress may feel like it is quite solid. The Liner can be unzipped by about 3cm and this will let the air escape from the Liner a lot more quickly and the mattress will feel less solid. “I bought a small snuggle bed for our Iggy puppy but she didn’t want to sleep in it as she wanted to sleep with our other Iggy in theirs. Charley Chau were brilliant and swapped the small for a large swiftly and hassle free. Now both iggys snuggle down together, happily ever after! Thank you”
