An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. “My dog didn't like the cushion in the Snuggle Bed so I removed it and now I have to prise her out of the cover to get her to go for a walk! I bought a spare cover because she gets seperation anxiety when the original goes in the washing machine. If only I had discovered Charley Chau years ago, it would have saved me a fortune on dog beds that she refused to use.”

“The pack has arrived 10 days after my order and they asked me 35 euros more to pay for the custom fees. How it is possible? If I knew it before I wouldn’t buy anything.”

Hello Roberta, Thank you for leaving your feedback and I am so sorry the customs fees you were charged came as a shock to you. Unfortunately because the UK is no longer a member of the EU, our orders are now subject to customs charges prior to delivery plus administration charges applied by the courier. Charley Chau has no control over these fees and does not receive any part of them. More information is available here - International Shipping - https://www.charleychau.com/pages/international-shipping. And as a result of this, all non-UK orders placed on the Charley Chau website are now tax-free as we remove the UK VAT from the prices. And any customer viewing the website outside of the UK is quoted the VAT free prices. I hope this explains the charges and again I am so sorry your were surprised. Best wishes, Jenny

“I made a bit of a mistake with the size! The large was recommended for a Jack Russell but I am going to have to order extra large for Teddy. Lovely beds though - really snuggly!”

I can see the one you have ordered is the Medium Size, the Large size will be the right size for him. “I resisted buying one of these because of the price tag and I thought my friends were being Bouji when they got theirs. Then I looked after their dog for a week and they brought the bed. I have three whippets and a Jack Shih and long story short is that there is always one of the dogs in the bed at all times other than meal times and sometimes there’s ever two in there. I would definitely recommend this bed and if you are ummimg and aaaring about it just bite the bullet and do it. We don’t have as much scuffling around on the sofa for space anymore. Win win”

“Although I had to return the dog bed I had ordered, (only because it was too small for my dog) I found this company to be very diligent in re-imbursing my payment in full. The item in question was good quality...Charley Chau Snuggle bed. Would not hesitate to buy from them again if the necessity arises.”

“We've been buying Charley Chau cave beds for a long time now. Our two chunky whippets, Archie and Bertie, love them. They even get inside their cave beds when it is 40 degrees! 🥵”
