An award-winning small British business, we focus on designing luxury dog beds and blankets that are cosy, stylish and practical, and made to perform over time. Comfort for our canine customers is paramount, as is styling for our human customers, and we design to a mantra of ‘machine washable everything’. “Lovely dog bed but ordered the wrong size - too big. Dog has looked at it but prefers tatty old basket! So sorry - an expensive mistake!”

“The dog bed was really beautiful. Stylish in a low key way and just as I hoped... except I had only read the inside dimensions so very frustratingly it didn't fit where it needed to go. I phoned Charles Chau and the staff member was extremely helpful, we arranged a swap snd the new one fits just right. And the dog loves it!”

“What a fantastic company to deal with. I needed a slightly bigger bed than I ordered, so I sent an email. I got a call apologising for the late reply (I only sent it the day before). I was helped with my return and had the size up put aside for me to ensure I got it. This is a small company who go the extra mile. I have ordered from them before and although their products might seem pricey, they last forever. I've lost track of the amount of expensive dog beds I gone through prior to purchasing from here that have not lasted. Definitely pay the little extra for the waterproof liner, it's fantastic.”

“I honestly can’t praise Charley Chau enough. We purchased the snuggle bed for our 3 yr old, incredibly fussy whippet around 6 weeks ago. He has had several beds, and none of which have seemed to meet his exacting standards (very princess and the pea!). I was tentative about investing in a Charley Chau in case it was going to be the usual story of refusing to sleep in it.. however it has been a revelation. Not only is it beautifully made, and stylish (can’t be said about most dog beds!) but he actually enjoys snuggling up in there and spends the entire night there without trying to sneak into our bed. I honestly cannot recommend it enough. Very much worth every penny! Thank you Jenny and team :D”

“Our whippet and italian greyhound love this bed. Great quality. They have abandoned all their other beds for this one. We have a bunch of round cocoon beds, but I think the fact this one is rectangular and allows them to stretch out more and is fluffier is what they love.”
