“Love the bed , although I didn’t really take into account the looping on the weave . :-(”

Hello Melanie, Thank you so much for ordering with Charley Chau. Although the Weave fabrics are upholstery grade fabrics that are quite robust, they are loosely woven fabrics which can be pulled if dogs like to scrabble or dig at their beds. Some dogs will have little to no effect on the fabric while others will have more noticeable effects. Bests, Jenny

“Our (very particular) dog took to his bliss bolster bed immediately - and now sleeps in it in preference to our bed. He is happier and better behaved now that he has a space of his own that he loves so much. The comforter blankets are also fabulous for journeys and visits and keep him nice and calm.”

Hi Loraine, She may have you very well trained! If your girl still hasn't worked out how to get into the Snuggle Bed herself, try enticing her in using a favourite treat. Take a small piece of the treat, make sure she sees that you have it, and place it under the cover right at the front. If she retrieves it, place another piece under the cover in a similar position. Repeat this a few times and then start to move the treat further into the bed. She should work out quite quickly she can get in hereself. I hope this helps and happy snuggling! Bests, Jenny

“The quality and fabrics are fantastic but we are struggling with this bed at present. The mattress is so thick (good in theory, I know) which means the room for my (small) dog in the medium bed is fairly limited. Plus the top is quite a bit narrower than the mattress. This means it’s a bit of a squash and half of her body pokes out. Hence she is happy on top of the bed but that isn’t really what I bought it for. So, a bit disappointed at present.”
